This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We value simplicity and directness in how we handle data.
When you request an API key:
Your email address, company or role (if provided), and use case description (if provided). This information is sent directly to our inbox via email. It is not stored in a database or shared with any third party.
When you use the API:
Your API key is included in each request for authentication. Standard server logs may record the time, IP address, and endpoint of each request. The content of your uploaded signals is processed in memory, returned as results, and not stored on our servers.
When you visit the website:
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for form security, which may collect standard browser metadata as part of its verification process. We do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not use analytics services. We do not run advertising.
Your email and use case are used to evaluate your API key request, communicate with you about access, and understand what kinds of problems our users are solving. Your API usage metadata (request counts, timing) may be used to monitor service health and plan infrastructure. Your uploaded signal data is not used for any purpose beyond producing the analysis you requested.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties. We do not add your email to mailing lists. We do not use your uploaded data to train or improve the engine. We do not track your behavior across other websites.
Form submissions (email, company, use case) are retained in our email system indefinitely for the purpose of managing API access. Server logs are retained for a limited period for operational purposes. Uploaded signal data is not retained — it is processed in memory and discarded.
You may request deletion of any information we hold about you by contacting us at the email below. You may request that your API key be revoked at any time. We will respond to deletion requests promptly.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active API key holders via email.
